3 Injured In 3-Vehicle Westchester Crash Involving Bus
Three people were injured during a three-vehicle crash involving a city bus in Westchester County. The accident occurred on Wednesday, Aug. 17, in Valhalla on Grasslands Road and the ramp from the Sprain Brook Parkway. Units arrived on the scene of the accident which also involved a bus and crews immediately assisted with patient care and packaging as well as taking care of a fluid spill, said Capt. Matt DiPrinzio of the Valhalla Fire Department Those injured were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, DiPrinzio added.

Duo Nabbed After Investigation At Bank Ends In Crash Between BMW, School Bus In Hudson Valley
Two men were apprehended and are facing charges after a grand larceny investigation at a bank in the Hudson Valley ended in a crash. At about 4:25 p.m., Friday, Aug. 12, the Village of Fishkill Police pursued a vehicle northbound on Route 9 in connection to the investigation at Key Bank. The fleeing vehicle, a 2017 BMW 330i, struck a small school bus on Route 9 in the town of Wappinger and came to rest in a ditch, state police said. ll occupants of the BMW and the bus were treated at local area hospitals for minor injuries and released, police said. Bus Crashes Into Train Station In Westchester
A Westchester County Bee-Line bus hit an overhang at the drop-off area of a Metro-North Station in Westchester County. MTA Police are investigating a report made at 8:26 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23, that a Westchester County Bee-Line bus carrying no passengers struck and became wedged in a weather-protection overhang over a passenger drop-off area used by motorists at the Scarsdale Metro-North station, said Aaron Donovan, spokesman for the MTA. There are no reports of injuries, he added. Metro-North Railroad personnel found no damage to the station. There was no impact to train service.

Woman Charged With Leaving Scene Of Fatal Hit-Run
The driver of a passenger bus has been arrested for leaving the scene of a fatal hit-and-run incident. The incident was uncovered around 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, when City of Newburgh Police officers responded to the area of 301 Robinson Avenue for a report of a male struck by a vehicle, said Det. Sgt. Joseph Rutigliano. Officers located a man who appeared to have been struck by a vehicle and was deceased. The vehicle that struck the man had left the scene.
