Northern Westchester Motorist Killed When Tree Hit Car During Storm ID'd A motorist killed late Friday afternoon during the Nor'easter when a tree landed on his vehicle on a stretch of I-87 in Westchester has been identified. The driver of the vehicle, 67-year-old Barry Shapiro, was transported to Westchester Medical Center with serious life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead, state police said.
