One Road, One Holiday Weekend, Two DWIs For Brewster Man
A 32-year-old man is in hot water with the law after being busted drinking and driving twice in two days over the President’s Day holiday weekend. New York State Police troopers on patrol stopped Brewster resident Alfred Dajanaj on Saturday, Feb. 17 while he was driving on Route 22 in Southeast for a vehicle and traffic violation. During the subsequent stop, it was determined that Dajanaj was under the influence of alcohol and he was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
