SOMERS, N.Y. A number of Somers residents are featured in education news this week:
Matthew Murphy of Granite Springs was named to the dean's list at SUNY New Paltz.
Emma Schunk was named to the dean's list at SUNY New Paltz, where she is majoring in theatre arts.
James Casey, a sports management major from Shenorock, was named to the dean's list at SUNY Cortland.
Alexandra Moore of Lincolndale was named to the dean's list at SUNY Cortland, where she is majoring in business economics.
