Giuseppe V. Marsala, 29, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 4, at his home after state police received a complaint for menacing, according to police. Marsala is accused of threatening the 28-year-old woman at his home after getting into a dispute with her.
Police said Marsala was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, which are both misdemeanors. He was scheduled to appear in Somers Town Court on Sept. 8.
