The crash took place around 3 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 29 near the overlook, New York State Police said.

Goat Trail was closed for a time for emergency responders to attend to the injured.

It has since reopened, but some delays exist, state police said.

Officers were not sure of the number of injured or the severity of injuries. Those injured were transported to Westchester Medical Center.
