SOMERS, N.Y. A Yonkers man was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, early Tuesday morning in Somers.
Wilfredo Martinez, 23, was charged by New York State Police after an investigation of a vehicle stopped diagonally across the north and southbound lanes in the middle of Route 100 at 2:20 a.m.
Police said that Martinez had a blood alcohol content of .19 percent. He was issued tickets and ordered to appear in Somers Town Court on July 23.
