SOMERS, N.Y. About 6:30 a.m. Sunday, Paul J. Ceasrine, 54, was arrested and charged by New York State Police for stealing the purse of a customer at Hot Bagels in Somers Commons. Ceasrine, from Southern Pines, N.C., was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Ceasrine was arraigned at Somers Town Court and remanded to Westchester County Jail. He is scheduled to reappear in court on Feb. 15 at 5:30 p.m.
