SOMERS, N.Y. – Westcop Therapeutic Nursery and Head Start program will have early dismissal for full day students at 11 a.m. and no afternoon session Wednesday.
A nor’easter is expected to arrive in the Westchester area in the late morning to midday Wednesday.
