SOMERS, N.Y. - An additional arrest has been made in the assault case at the Lincoln Hall School for Boys. Kody Rollins, 16, was charged with assault with Intent to cause physical injury. This is the third arrest of a teenager over 16 years of age. Two 13-year-olds are also allegedly involved in the incident.
Lincoln Hall is a residential complex that provides schooling and counseling for troubled youths. It first opened its doors in 1907. Youths are sent to Lincoln Hall by Family Court judges.
