SOMERS, N.Y. - Sasha, a Yorkshire Terrier, was sitting in her carrying case on Saturday when her master stopped at the Feed Barn on Route 6 near Baldwin Place. In a split second, she jumped from her case, ran towards the Stop & Shop and disappeared.
Sasha has three puppies at home and she may have been trying to get home to them. Her owner lives in Jefferson Valley.
The Yorkie is wearing a beige harness but has no tags. She is described as a nervous dog. Her puppies desperately need her. If you have any information, please call Allyson at 914-299-8694.
