SOMERS, N.Y. Once again, Somers Lasdon Park and Arboretum will host a giant Antiques Fair, its 27th consecutive antiques event.
Roughly 80 dealers from all parts of New England and the Mid-Atlantic States will be represented at booths, protected by tents so the show will go on, rain or shine.
Dealers will display vintage toys, doorstops, early American tools, postcards, vintage linens and clothing, period furniture, books, bottles, stoneware, pottery, ironware, coins, boxes, cuff links and more. Antiques expert appraiser Jay St. Mark will be available to assess your treasured items at a fee of $5 each.
The gates open at 10 a.m. Monday and the fair will continue until 5 p.m. The Lasdon Gift Shop also will be open and the springtime plant sale sponsored by the Friends of Lasdon will continue through the weekend.
Admission to the Fair is $7; children under 13 are free. The is no charge for parking. No dogs are allowed on the Lasdon grounds, including inside cars.
