SOMERS, N.Y. --Somers Library is offering an opportunity for residents to reminisce with jukebox music and history with Ed Liss at 6:30 p.m. May 11.
Liss has been collecting jukeboxes for more than 40 years. All are meticulously restored and play the precise records of their era.
Liss will be showing a DVD titled “Jukebox Memories,” with an introduction and discussion for each of the following selections:
- "The Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy of Company B" - The Andrews Sisters
- "Johnnie B. Goode" - Chuck Berry
- "Crazy" - Patsy Cline
- "When No One Cares" - Frank Sinatra
- "One for my Baby (and one more for the road)" - Frank Sinatra
