Astorino Helps Kick Off "Falltastic" Events at Somers' Muscoot Farm

SOMERS, N.Y. -- Westchester County Executive Robert Astorino and his family will be on hand to help kickoff the "Falltastic" events at Muscoot Farm in Somers on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

“Muscoot is one of my family’s favorite day trips in any season, but in fall the farm really comes alive with vibrant colors and great activities for people of all ages,” Astorino said in a statement. “There’s no better place to buy a pumpkin, and when you buy here you’re also supporting the farm’s operation.”

The event is part of Muscoot’s “Pumpkin Patchin’” that takes place from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and is part of several programs planned to celebrate autumn at the farm over the coming weekends, including the farm’s annual Autumn Celebration on Sunday, Oct. 20.

Muscoot Farm is located at 51 Route 100 in Katonah.
