SOMERS, N.Y. -- A deal is in place to sell 1 Pepsi Way in Somers after the tenant, PepsciCo, moves and consolidates its offices, according to a LoHud.com report.
PSI Investments has a deal to sell the 200-acre property to a new limited liability corporation, One P Way, the story said. The amount was not disclosed.
The property includes a 540,000-square foot, nine-story office building. Pepsi's current lease expires this year. The office space has been connected to Pepsi since 1985, according to company records.
Pepsi plans to leave Somers and the workers re-located to White Plains and Purchase. The move is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter in 2016. The company said it does not plan to lay off any workers.
