ID Released For Woman Visiting Westchester Killed In Single-Car Crash A woman who was killed in a single-vehicle crash during a visit from India to attend a Westchester wedding has been identified. Police said that Bina Chopra, age unknown, was killed during the crash around 10 p.m. Saturday on South Broadway near Benedict Avenue in Tarrytown, said Tarrytown Police Lt. Greg Budnar.
