Unemployment Rate Inches Up In Westchester
Westchester County's unemployment rate rose to 5.2 percent in February, up from 4.9 percent a year ago, according to the latest state Labor Department statistics. Rates are calculated using methods prescribed by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
