Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department responded to a Fenimore Road home at approximately 9:50 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6, where there was a report of a one-vehicle crash involving a driver from out of the area. Westchester Man With Suspended License Caught With Ecstasy, Police Say An 22-year-old Northern Westchester man with a suspended license is facing charges after he was caught with ecstasy in Putnam, according to the Putnam Sheriff. Members of the Putnam Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU) say they observed a driver commit a traffic violation in the Town of Putnam Valley on Thursday, July 11. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Paul Andrew Smith, of Ossining, and the passenger, identified as Michelle Rush, 20, of Penfield, were in possession of marijuana, according to NEU members.
