Defunct Company Donates 105 Bikes To Greenburgh, Bike Share Deal In Motion One of the two bike-share companies that offered Westchester residents the opportunity to rent bicycles in White Plains -- named oFo -- swiftly closed down their operation.  They left over 105 bicycles near the White Plains train station and advised the Cycle Club of Westchester that they would like to donate the bicycles to those who can’t afford a bicycle.  On Friday, July 27 the Town of Greenburgh picked up the bicycles and stored them. Hartsdale Massage Parlor Shuts Down Shortly After Reopening An employee at a controversial Hartsdale spa is facing a charge claiming that she was operating her business without a proper license. Members of the Greenburgh Street Crime Unit and Drug and Alcohol Task Force completed an investigation this week that led to the arrest of Xiaonu Jin, 54, who was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession while operating Forest Yin Spa on Central Park Avenue.
