An 18-year-old teen was busted for driving with a stolen plate and other charges after being stopped for not having a front license plate. Kevin Samayoa-Ramirez of Port Chester was arrested Sunday after Greenwich Police noticed the car he was driving did not have a front license plate, said Greenwich Police. During the stop, officers discovered Samayoa-Ramirez was driving with a stolen license plate and did not have a driver's license, police said. Driver At Large After Crashing Stolen Vehicle On New Tappan Zee Bridge, Fleeing Scene
A man who crashed a stolen vehicle into the side of the New Tappan Zee Bridge and then fled is still on the run. The incident took place around 9:28 p.m. Saturday when the unidentified driver hit the concrete median on the Rockland/left side of the bridge and then fled on foot on the Thruway, said New York State Trooper, Michael Cassella. The vehicle, a white Ford Ranger was later found to have been stolen in Connecticut, he said. Troopers searched for the driver, but he was not apprehended. The incident is still under investigation, Cassella said.

Teen In Stolen Car Who Eluded Cops On I-95 Caught When Chase Ends In Crash
A teen driving a suspicious vehicle who fled from police during a chase from I-95 was finally caught after a separate chase ended in a crash early Friday morning. Taylin Fraiser, 18, of Hartford, was busted around 3:30 a.m. after Greenwich Police attempted to stop his vehicle in the Byram area, but instead of stopping, he fled on I-95 south into New York, with police ending the chase after a short distance, said Lt.
