Vincent Minotti, Longtime Teacher/Coach In Westchester, Dies A longtime teacher and coach in Northern Westchester has died. Vincent Minotti died on Sunday, Nov. 14, at his home in Orleans, Massachusetts, surrounded by his family.  He was born on Sept. 28, 1940, in Bedford Hills. He attended St. Mary’s High School in Katonah and later attended Springfield College in Massachusetts majoring in physical education. He earned his graduate degree at Teachers College Columbia University in New York City.  He followed his passion and became a dynamic physical education teacher and coach. 22-Year-Old Victim Of Fatal Westchester Crash Remembered For Charming Smile Friends and family of a 22-year-old Pound Ridge man who was killed in a head-on crash in Northern Westchester gathered to remember him on Friday, Dec. 20. Diego Trejo, who died Monday,  Dec. 16, was remembered as a kind and gentle soul during a funeral mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Mount Kisco. He was buried at St. Francis Cemetery. According to his obituary, Trejo was known for his "charming smile,"  which touched the lives of many.
