Man Charged With Making Child Sex Tapes In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A 23-year-old man has been charged with allegedly meeting a minor in the Hudson Valley for sex and for having sexually-explicit tapes of minors. Richard Rosa, was arrested in Orange County on Tuesday, April 25 in Wallkill following an investigation that found he met an underage female with the intent to engage in sexual relations, said Lt. Westchester Youth Baseball Coach Sentenced For Having Sex With 16-Year-Old Player
A Westchester County baseball coach has been sentenced to prison for having sex with a 16-year-old player. Westchester County District Attorney Miriam Rocah announced that 31-year-old Mount Vernon resident Robert Pope was sentenced on Thursday, Sept. 22, to the maximum term of four years in state prison for engaging in sexual activity with a 16-year-old. Hudson Valley Man Sentenced For Smuggling Vietnamese Nationals Into US
A Hudson Valley man already in prison for sex crimes will serve additional time after admitting that he smuggled Vietnamese nationals into the US for profit. Orange County resident Marlon Lainez-Velasquez, age 48, of Newburgh, was sentenced to four years in prison Friday, July 22 in federal court in Plattsburgh. It followed his previous guilty plea to charges of alien smuggling.
