A man faces several charges after striking a victim with a handgun during an altercation in a parking lot behind several restaurants in Westchester, police said. The incident happened on Sunday, Oct. 8 just after 6 p.m., when White Plains Police received reports of a fight involving a man with a gun in the Waller-Maple parking lot at 25 Waller Ave., which is located behind a strip of restaurants on Mamaroneck Avenue. Man Accused Of Attempting To Assault Victim With Wooden Bat In Westchester
A 67-year-old man was arrested and accused of attempting to assault another man with a wooden bat in Northern Westchester. Officers responded to a report of an assault in progress on Crompond Road in Yorktown at about 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, according to the Yorktown Police Department.
