Alert Issued For Hudson Valley Man Wanted For Sex Abuse Of 11-Year-Old
New York State Police in the Hudson Valley are asking the public for help in locating a man who is wanted for the sexual abuse of an 11-year-old child. Ruben Mosquera, 74, was arrested after an investigation in Middletown determined that he had inappropriate contact with an 11-year-old. Mosquera left the area and never returned to court to answer the charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest, state police said. Mosquera is described as a Hispanic male, 6-foot-1, 220 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He is known to have ties in Allentown, Pa., and Columbia. He frequently visits New York…
