Trump Moves To Void Biden Pardons, Claiming Autopen Use
President Donald Trump announced he is nullifying last-minute pardons issued by former President Joe Biden, arguing they were executed using autopen technology rather than a personal signature.
In a post on the social media Truth Social platform early Monday, March 17, Trump declared:
"The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen."
He further claimed that Biden was unaware of the pardons, adding:
