Four suspects are in custody following a robbery at a gas station in the Hudson Valley. At about 3:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, troopers in Orange County from the New York State Police Greenville and Middletown barracks responded to the Gulf station located at 249 Dolson Ave. in the town of Wawayanda for a report of a robbery. Preliminary investigation revealed that two male suspects had forcibly removed approximately $200 worth of items from the store and fled in a dark colored BMW, state police said. State troopers, police, and sheriff's deputies are attempting to locate a Hudson Valley man who sent threatening text messages and threw a rock through a victim's windshield. Jonathan V. Henry, 22, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal contempt in Orange County. Suspects Caught After Forcing Victim Into Car Trunk During Armed Robbery, Police Say
Two men are being held without bond after allegedly forcing a man into the trunk of his vehicle during an armed robbery and then taking police on a chase. The incident unfolded around 12:30 a.m. Friday when Port Jervis Police responded to a 911 call reporting a 67-year-old man had been assaulted in the parking lot of a senior housing complex, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.
