Wrong Driveway Killing: Trial Date Set For NY Homeowner Accused Of Shooting 20-Year-Old
A trial date has been set for the man accused of opening fire on a car that mistakenly turned into his driveway in upstate New York, killing a 20-year-old woman. Jury selection in Kevin Monohan’s murder trial will begin on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, with the trial expected to start two days later, Washington County District Attorney Anthony Jordan told Daily Voice. Murder Trial Starts In Death Of Former Cuomo Aide
The murder trial of four men accused of murdering a former aide to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is now underway. Opening statements began on Monday at the trial of Micah Alleyne, Kenny Bazile, Stanley Elianor and Keith Luncheon, who are facing murder charges after opening fire during a J’ouvert celebration, leading to the death of Carey Gabay, who was struck with a stray bullet in September 2015.
