The retailer is recalling 366,200 toys that were sold nationwide and online along with the Baby Biceps Gift Set that includes dumbbells with caps that can pop off, creating the hazard. Troopers received a report of the unidentified male pinching the buttocks of the child under the age of 7, before asking the victim to follow him while in Marshalls in the town of Southeast on May 26. Through investigation, the subject was eventually identified as Jaroslav Kiskas of Southeast and subsequently arrested. Kiskas was charged with forcible touching, a Class A misdemeanor.
