Man With Prior Conviction Charged With Felony DWI In Westchester A 36-year-old man with a prior conviction is now facing a felony DWI charge in Westchester, police say. New York State Police say they initiated a traffic stop on I-95 in the town of Harrison after observing a driver commit a violation on Monday, Oct. 21 around 5:30 p.m. The driver, identified as Liam McGuire, of Mamaroneck, was found to be intoxicated, according to police. McGuire was arrested and transported to SP New Rochelle, where police say he refused to submit to a chemical breath test to determine blood alcohol level.
