Suspect Busted After Shots Fired In Westchester Housing Complex, Police Say An investigation into reports of shots fired in a crowded Westchester housing complex led to the arrest of a Connecticut man who now faces a pair of charges, police said. Shortly before 11:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 6, a New Rochelle Police officer on patrol heard gunshots coming from the Heritage Home housing complex, prompting an investigation at the scene. Police said that upon arrival at the housing complex, officers found people fleeing the area, but were unable to locate a shooter or victim at that time.
