It happened just after 12:30 Sunday, Sept. 29 at the Edenwald Houses in the Bronx. Over the last several weeks, investigators with the Gang Unit developed information on the whereabouts of Rahkim "Flee" Shealy, and on Thursday night, Yonkers Police detectives placed him into custody without incident at a location on Orchard Place.
