Over the last several weeks, investigators with the Gang Unit developed information on the whereabouts of Rahkim "Flee" Shealy, and on Thursday night, Yonkers Police detectives placed him into custody without incident at a location on Orchard Place. Westchester Grocery Store Raided By FBI The FBI raided a Westchester grocery store on Thursday as part of an investigation into gang and drug activity. Members of the FBI were spotted entering the Supermercado Mexico supermarket on Union Avenue in New Rochelle at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11.
