State Police say that 33-year-old Chianti Means, Roman Rossman, age 9, and Mecca Means, 5 months old, crossed over the guardrail and went over the falls on Luna Island, which is attached to Goat Island, on Monday night, Oct. 28. Missing Woman Found Dead At Bottom Of Cliff In Hudson Valley A missing woman who had not been seen in a day was located by a New York State Police drone at the bottom of a Hudson Valley cliff.  The incident occurred in Orange County around 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 27, at the Hawk's Nest in Sparrow Bush. Westchester Man Drowns At Bear Mountain State Park A hiker who was lost in Bear Mountain State Park was found drowned in a creek. The incident was reported in the Orange County section of the park in the town of Highlands around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9.
