'Predicate' Sex Offender Reports Move To Yonkers
A registered "predicate" sex offender convicted of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl has reported a move into Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 41-year-old Devin Best, who has moved to a residence on Van Cortlandt Park Avenue in Yonkers.
