Pair Caught With Firearms, Drugs After I-84 Speeding Stop Two men were nabbed by Connecticut State Troopers with guns and drugs during a traffic stop on I-84 on Sunday. The men, Hector G. Martinez, 24, and Robert L. Ruiz, 37, both of Springfield, Mass., were passengers in a Ford Explorer that was stopped around 12:07 p.m. on I-84 in Danbury after a trooper clocked them going 81 miles per hour in a 55 zone, said Trooper First Class Kelly Grant.
