These Westchester Beaches, Pools To Open: Here's When As the temperatures get warmer, Westchester residents will soon be able to cool off at several county-owned beaches and pools that will soon open. Beginning on Saturday, May 25 through Monday, May 27, Croton Point Beach in Croton-on-Hudson and Glen Island Beach in New Rochelle will open on a pre-season basis, Westchester County Parks announced.  Following this, both beaches will open on weekends and holidays only until Sunday, June 23.
