Ceiling Collapse Causes Major Damage At Historic Mansion Overlooking Hudson River A ceiling collapse caused significant damage at a historic mansion and museum in the Hudson Valley. The incident happened in Putnam County in the hamlet of Garrison at Boscobel House and Gardens, which overlooks the Hudson River.
