Westchester Man Driving While Intoxicated Had Two 12-Year-Olds In Vehicle, Police Say A 34-year-old man is facing multiple charges after state police say he drove while intoxicated with his blood-alcohol content more than twice the legal limit and with two children in the vehicle. State Police say the vehicle was stopped on Archer Avenue in Yonkers for a vehicle and traffic violation at around 10 p.m. on Friday, April 5. The driver of the vehicle, Claudio E. Soriano of Bronxville, was found to be intoxicated while traveling with two 12-year-olds, according to police.
