Police Dish Out 48 Tickets In Westchester Buckle-Up Detail

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A total of 48 tickets were issued during an occupant safety and distracted driver detail by Westchester County Police on Friday that was part of the Buckle Up NY campaign.

During the six-hour detail, the following traffic tickets were issued:

28 seatbelt violations
Four cell phone violations
Six speeding violations
10 other traffic violations
