Man, 31, Faces DWI Charge After Sprain Brook Parkway Speeding Stop

YONKERS, NY –- Marcos E. Mendez-Tlatenco, 31, of Yonkers was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Oct. 18 on the Sprain Brook Parkway, police said.

New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks said he was arrested subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop conducted for speeding.

He was processed without incident and provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.16 percent, police said.

He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.
