Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum, 86, Former Scarsdale Village Judge

SCARSDALE, N.Y. – Former Scarsdale village judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum died Friday, Feb. 5 at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital at the age of 86, reports the Scarsdale Patch.

Cedarbaum was the judge who sentenced Martha Stewart to prison in 2004. She served as Scarsdale village judge from 1982-1986, according to the report.
