Fallen Tree Smashes Car In Scarsdale

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- A mother and her two children were riding in a car on the morning of Thursday when a tree fell and hit the car, according to lohud.com.

The accident occurred around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Quaker Ridge Road and Weaver Street, according to lohud.com.

According to police, who responded after the driver had made a phone call, the family in the vehicle sustained no injuries, reported lohud.com.
