SCARSDALE, N.Y. Candidates for the 5th District of the Westchester County Board of Legislators, Dr. Iris Pagan and incumbent William J. Ryan, are scheduled to speak at a League of Women Voters of Scarsdale Candidate Forum on Wednesday, Oct. 19.
The forum will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Scott Room at the Scarsdale Public Library and is open to the public. Participants will speak briefly, and there will be a question and answer period.
