Scarsdale Parkway Cafe's Owner, Cucolo Dies at 60

SCARSDALE, N.Y. - Victor Cucolo, Jr., chef and owner of the Parkway Cafe in Scarsdale, died Oct. 24 at the age of 60.

He was born on Oct. 27, 1950 in New Rochelle to the late Victor and Anne Immediato Cucolo. A resident of Mt. Kisco, Cucolo worked as chef and owner of Parkway Cafe for more than 20 years. A family man with strong religious convictions, his children were said to be his motivation in life. 

Cucolo is survived by his sons Nicolas Cucolo of Mt. Kisco and Andrew Cucolo of Mamaroneck, his daughter Shelby Cucolo of Mamaroneck, his brothers Richard of West Harrison, John of West Harrison, Robert of Millwood and Ronald of Greenburgh and his sisters Michelle Seymour of West Harrison and Lisa Quigley of Pleasant Valley.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home in White Plains. A funeral service follows at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
