Westchester Teen Idol is a singing contest open only to non-professionals, 13-19 years old. A 5-minute audition took place in September, whittling the talent to 25 competitors. Singers performed the song at the audition they will perform at the finale.

Singers will be judged on their vocal ability, presentation, and overall enthusiasm.

The final five singers chosen by the judges will sing a second song and a winner will be chosen.
