Brand-New Update: Here's Latest On Northern Westchester Murder-Suicide Involving Doctor, Baby Friends, family, colleagues, and residents in and around a community in Northern Westchester County are searching for answers after police say a young doctor who recently moved to town is believed to have shot and killed her infant child before turning the gun on herself. An investigation by New York State Police is ongoing following the incident at around 7 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5 in the Granite Springs section of the town of Somers.
