70 Summonses Issued, Two Vehicles Impounded During Enforcement Detail In Yonkers Dozens of tickets and a pair of vehicles were impounded in Yonkers during a special police enforcement detail in the city. The Yonkers Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement detail in the area of Central Park Avenue over the weekend that began on Friday, June 21, Sgt. David Fraszka said. The enforcement came as a response to several complaints from members of the community of speeding, and excessive noise from vehicles in the area.
