A man with a prior DWI conviction is facing charges after he was allegedly caught driving at twice the legal limit in Westchester, police say. New York State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the village of Mamaroneck for a traffic violation on Monday, March 4 around 6:30 p.m. Further investigation revealed that the driver, 55-year-old Zoran Vukosavljevic of Bushkill, Pennsylvania, was allegedly intoxicated. A man driving without a court-mandated interlock device for a previous DWI offense tried to pull a fast one on Westchester County Police officers with a fake ID after being stopped for blowing through a stop sign. Dozens of tickets were dished out by New York State Police troopers during a special speed enforcement operation in Westchester County along the I-684 corridor. A 33-year-old woman was arrested at her home after allegedly fleeing the scene of a police stop in Westchester. State Police say they stopped her vehicle on I-87 in the Town of Greenburgh for a vehicle and traffic violation on at around 9:15 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 7.
