Teen Suspect Due In Court For Fatal Shooting Outside Westchester Apartments
A teenager is due to appear in Westchester County Court on Tuesday afternoon after being connected to a shooting outside of The Modern in Mount Vernon. Mount Vernon resident Tasjawn “Tay” White, 19, was arraigned this week on a murder charge in connection to the fatal shooting of Donovan Brown, 24, on March 14 outside of the recently opened The Modern on Macquesten Parkway.
