Westchester Driver Busted With BAC Double The Legal Limit, Police Say A 38-year-old man from Westchester was busted by police in Scarsdale driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit over the weekend. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department conducting a DWI, seat belt and vehicle safety checkpoint on the Heathcote Bypass at Secor Road stopped Mamaroneck Avenue resident Carlos Alvarez shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Sunday morning.
