New York State Police troopers from the Somers barracks issued 50 vehicle and traffic tickets to drivers committing various violations on a stretch of the interstate on Saturday, Feb. 1. The Scarsdale Police Department recently participated in a two-week statewide enforcement detail targeting drivers who fail to wear their seatbelt. Scarsdale Police Capt.
